Nursery 2017

Welcome to Nursery 2017-2018

Last week, Nursery had a great time participating in International Languages Day. We learnt how to say hello and goodbye in Punjabi, we did some Spanish dancing and learnt about a Spanish artist, we learnt our colours in German and tasted some Mexican food! In the afternoon we had a special treat, one of our parents came in and cooked some Chinese food with us!

Yesterday, the three bears left us a note and some ingredients. They loved the porridge we made them so much they asked us to investigate what else we could make with porridge oats. Luckily, Mrs Coyne knew a perfect recipe that used all the ingredients we were given. If you’re lucky, your child might let you share the delicious treat they are bringing home today!

Goldilocks has been in our Nursery! She ate all the bears porridge so we had to make them some more. The children said daddy bear needed the most as he is the biggest with the biggest tummy! We had to taste it to check it was just right for baby bear! 🐻🐻🐻

A lovely afternoon exploring Nursery. We found lots of caterpillars hiding in the grass so we made them a new home and have been looking after them today.
