Well done to everyone who has read each night. All children have received a book as a reward.
Thank you to all those who attended Year 3’s Easter Production.
A big thank you to all our children who took part and special thanks to our soloists and narrators.
Congratulations to all children – 100% Attendance 8th January – 29th March.
Just a reminder that Thursday 29th at 2pm Year 3 will be leading the Easter Production in Church. The Year 3 children have been learning their lines and songs and can’t wait to perform in front of an audience.
All parents are welcome and children can be taken home from school once the production has finished.
This morning Year 3 and Year 4 have laughed their socks off with the world famous author Jeremy Strong.
He told us all about what he needs to write, where he writes and about his cat. He read extracts from his latest book… My Brother’s Famous Bottom Makes a Splash.
What an amazing morning.
This morning in our Holy Week collective worship, we remembered the Last Supper and how Jesus washed the feet of his disciples. We are trying this week to be servants to God, how to take care and love each other.
Thank you to Year 6 for bringing the Gospel to life.
This morning in our collective worship we celebrated the fact the yesterday was Palm Sunday. We were reminded that Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey whilst the crowds sang Hosanna.
We were all given a palm cross to remind us of this and we did a fantastic job of waving them and singing Hosanna.
Well done to our Stars of of the Week 2-11-17, you make all your teachers so proud.
Year 6 had a great afternoon investigating reflective materials. They even adapted their own clothes so that they could be seen on these dark nights. Remember be bright, be seen.
